Zork

Zork was one of the first interactive fiction computer games.

I played Zork back in the day like many other gaming geeks. Those text-based adventure games were fun and graphics weren’t necessary with the vividly detailed descriptions of everything. That’s what your imagination is for! Commands like “go north”, “look”, and “enter” were all you needed to explore the vast array of dungeons that came to life after you started the game from a DOS prompt. Enjoy those Zorkish feelings all over again and download the games from Infocom!
