Home Maid

I think I’ll try to make some of my special oatmeal cookies. I’ve only made them twice before and only the first batch were edible. I’m not much of a cook, but sometimes I luck out. I did learn it’s best not to mix-up baking powder and baking soda. Their function and taste are totally different.

On a similiar note, I’ve dug the Xmas stuff out of the garage and put the fake tree up. Has anyone else decorated their place yet?

We just dug out our 60’s shiny aluminum tree, and put that up. It has one of those slow, spinning light, and as it rotates, it plays music.

We’ve wanted one for years, and finally got one last year. It’s epic fun.

That’s so very cool daniel. Those aluminum trees are so glittery and shiny - classic! I never had one, but we did have those colorful, percolating bubble lights.
