I personally never played it (loved the cartoon though) i respect people who still play it even if the world is filled with RPG videogames, Magic: The Gathering, and anime trading card games. I played the Marvel Superheroes version of D&D. Great stuff! But, there was one part of your article you forgot. I remember parents getting all hot and bothered over D&D because they thought their kids were going to lose touch with reality and go mental and kill people.
